X3 Communication problems in windows 7

Anyone know why I can't get my windows 7 computers to communicate with the machines? It works fine with my XP computers and Mcam X2. I set the same settings in my windows 7 with X3 and for some reason I can't send a program. Is it an administrative issue with windows? Any advice would be appreciated.

It works fine on mine, are your running 64 bit and USB or RS-232?, all my stuff is Haas w/USB. I doubt its a rights issue, which terminal program are you using in MC, you might try using another one.
