Exclamation Stepper Motor is switching directions randomly

    Hi,

Ok, we've got our Larken conversion to USB CNC setup and running, cut some letters the other day perfectly using vcarve pro, now where having some issues with Z that wasn't displaying the other day.

Z upon either up or down action seems to randomly pick it's direction. Repeated manual jog will cause the motor to switch directions it seems.

Is this a reason to replace the stepper or should I be looking at another issue? If another issue, some pointers would be greatly helpful.
