I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with using gundrills on citizen L20's. I with be trying to use a .0225 gundrill to drill a depth of 1.200.
Wondering about high pressure settings, along with feeds and speeds. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

first drill pilot hole 1.5 to 3xd.
position gundrill inside pilot hole before turning on hp coolant.
may have to start spindle after in pilot.
when done return to starting depth in pilot hole.
turn off hp then exit.
not knowing the material sfm130/230 .0002/.0008 ipr.
hp-1500 psi min.
5 micron or less for filter.
