    Re: All Post Processors

    Dear Claudiu,

Can you help me please to get the post processor for DMU 75 (5-axis machine) HEIDENHEIN TNC640 controller to work with CAMWorks programming software.

    Thanks,
    Khalid

    Re: All Post Processors

Anybody ever wonder why none of these ever get answered? Because this a sub-forum under SheetCAM for SheetCAM users to get post processors for SHEETCAM. Not for CAMWorks, not for AlphaCAM , not Vectric . If you need a POST for anything else than SheetCAM it will be ignored . So you need to go to the vendor of the CAM program you use and get the post you need , or to a list or forum for the Machine or CAM package you use . I know the title says "All Post Processors" but it should be "All Post Processors for SheetCAM".

    Re: All Post Processors

Here are some of mine post processors for esprit:
    Spinner - 3 axis, TOS WHQ13 - only 3 axis, DOOSAN HM-800 - 4 axis, MAKINO MC45 - 4 axis and HAAS UMC-750 - 5 axis.

DOOSAN and MAKINO are using macro variables to call tools and their length and radius compensations. Both of them are using sub programs on machine to calculate coordinate system transformation around B axis.
UMC-750 only uses macros for tool calls and compensations.
Spinner uses variables to call tools by name. Not by number.

I didn't write any of them. I just edited them.

    hey guys
I've edited a g code that was for siemens 840D . it was so simple and handy but the problem that it had was for radius parts. i've changed I J K with R that is easier and you can make use of it.
I'm using this post processor for promax and siemens controller with some few edits like changing R to CR=
and one more thing is you gotta be careful about the plane that you are working on while using this post processor
    i mean G17 G18 G19
