In the last couple of days, I have noticed a little more vibration from our sl-20. Were going to re-level the machine tomorrow, but Im not certain thats the culprit. When at or above 3000 rpm, the machine sounds just fine, but 10 seconds into the spindle running, the deep dull vibration sound comes on. The motor isnt over working, as it doesnt need to be cutting, and it doesnt change while cutting. Ive placed my hand on the spindle motor and its practically vibration free. The part finishes are as they should be. There isnt any abnormal heat anywhere, and the spindle turns like new by hand with no grinding, clicking or othewise. I placed my hand on the auto door contraption on the top of the machine( which by the way, has never ever ever been used LOL), and that seems to be vibrating.
Any insight as to what this could be from?? I think its harmonic, but from where??
