    Teflon

Is there any benefit from machining annealed Teflon (class B) in comparison to Virgin Teflon (class A)?

    Chet,

Either grade should be annealed, I have never seen plastic sold that wasnt. Depending on the complexity of the part you may even want to anneal as you go along. Is it a flat or round part?
