I will attach a picture of board you might have on your machine.
There are two ways you can work with this unit 5C on your Miyano.
As I mention with your controller box is possible to program certain degrees and interact with milling or drilling program, as Indexer.
If you add M00 at your program and place Box controller on top of machine panel, cycle start directly to controller. it will index to programmed position and then you can continue with cycle start on the machine....

Second option which is the best, I am thinking you have electrical diagrams and perhaps know which M code (spare) have on your machine.
there is need of only one and M FIN signal, normally on I/O board.
On your program command MXX and control sends moving command thru cable wired to this optional M Relay (Picture attached) and then M FIN signal is returned to machine and cycle continues.
At this moment I am trying to find these two options for your machine
I/O I´m looking is A16B-1211-0941, same as yours?

I have found what you need for interface with HAAS 5C
Attached check drawings.
you can use M20, M21, or M22. for program.
you have to have TB1 which is optional M code relay
signal is handled thru TA, TI board (MFIN).
any question I will be in touch.
if you have parameter list for this machine, I´ll appreciate your help.
