after installed ncsoftware in pc, it might indicate card error, which is not a problem for demo. As no motion control card in your pc, so software indicates card error.

during your checking on software, when goes to check setup (F4), then Config(F7), then it needs code 1396. then you can check anything of the ncsoftware.
