Hi all
I am looking for the plans or CAD files or something that will save me designing from the ground up a backgammon set. It is for someone's birthday in February.
Also, I would prefer to have used a laser CNC but I only have a CNC router - will that be ok for the triangle cutouts?
If anyone can assist with some files or point me to a project i could use for this one I would be MOST grateful!

Do a web search for 'Backgammon board plans' and it will show a number of sites to look at. One of them is How to Make Backgammon Boards | eHow.com
If you use the CNC router for making inlays you can use any color wood that is locally available. If you do a web search for 'Backgammon CAD files' you will find them.CarveOne
