I have recently purchased a RL203 with the gantry system. Once working around and figuring out the ins and outs of the interlocks, I have the machines set up and am trying to figure out this wonderful loader system. My issues are I have the M64 loader request just before the M30 per the book, when I try and run the loader it alarms and tells me NO load request. Anyone have any suggestions?

Your right it does show that as the correct format in the manual... I'm having my own issues with trying run my companies gantry loader. Somehow my machine came without the sub programs in the control. These programs enable you to load unload transfer what ever you need to if anyone out there has them please pm me ASAP!!!
I'M not always right... Once I thought I made a mistake.
