    Nightmare - Found Help!!

We purchased our first CO2 Laser Cutter 'new to us' (31 hours used) last week. Oh my gosh - we were ready to throw this thing out the window and run it over with the truck!!! Jumper board was fried, power supply was fried, had to install new laser... We're newbies to laser machining and this was not what we had planned or expected :drowning:

BUT- help was on the horizon!! By pure luck we got in touch with Rabbit Laser Rabbit Laser - USA out of Ohio. Ray spend upteen hours on the phone (on a sunday) with my hubby and got us the parts we needed yesterday instead of next week. Ray talked hubby through the entire process of rewiring and installation and we fired this thing up last night for the first time. THANK YOU RAY!!!! Rabbit Laser has ALL our future business. Keep in mind we didn't buy this machine from Ray but he still spent all his time walking us through this. That was above and beyond what anyone can expect or hope for!!! We couldn't have done this without him - the man knows his stuff!!!

I'm not affliated with Rabbit Laser, just want everyone to know how hard Ray worked to get us up and going.

Looking forward to reading the forum and getting to know other Laser people.
