Won't boot up, Garbage on the screen

Attempting to boot up for the first time after installing. We're getting nothing but garbage on the screen. The axis don't move when trying to jog. We've cycled all the cards including the eprom board. The LED's are flashing.

Any thoughts on what to try next?

Did you start with making sure the transformer is tapped correctly for your input voltage?

According to the diagrams the jumpers are set to 210 volts. Our power is 208.

Could there be a problem with the legs being in the wrong order?

Turns out the CPU, video and controller cards were in the wrong slots. Odd since the machine was working before being disconnected.

bottom line here is that cards DO NOT move themselves. Someone is either playing games or not paying attention to what they are doing.

Where would we find information on which board goes in which slot? I'd like to confirm the positions of the other boards.

Scratch that - we found it.
