Mitsubishi MR-J2s-A Help needed - alarm prob

    Hi

    got a MR-J2S-70A

i have wired it up per manual on Single phase 230v
it turns on fine, gives error "Servo Emergency Stop warning" AL E6
    which is fine.

but when i close the estop switch for drive input it then comes up with

Al E9 - "Main Circuit off warning"
both main and control have power supplied and charge led is on
not sure what main problem is here, something i have over looked probly?

    thank for any helps

    Need Help

    I am facing problem with Servo Drive MR-J2S-60B, MR-J2S-200B, MR-J2S-20B, MR-J2S-40A.
    The problem is =

Al E9 - "Main Circuit off warning"
both main and control have power supplied and charge led is on.

I suspect there is abnormal chip on control board but don't know which one abnormal chip.
I ever change only control board MR-J2S-200B with another servo drive in same type and the result is ok.

I need help some body to find out abnormal chip cause Al E9.

    Thank you for any helps
    Best Regards

    Hi

I also have such trouble with J2S-10A/20A/60A amps.
    Al.E9 is displayed.
The J2S software shows that main curcuit voltage is 160-170V. But actually it's 306-320V. It can be measured between N and P pins on 6-pin connector.

    It's fine.
Connect EMG pin, see page 87 here http://www.hitex.se/robot/Manuals/MR...%20-%20ENG.pdf

Re: Mitsubishi MR-J2s-A Help needed - alarm prob

Just had the same problem with my Mitsubishi MR-J2S 40A Servos. I had the AL-E6 and AL-E9 parameter codes
    - AL-E6 is the EMG stop (PIN 15 of CN1B) is not connected to SG ( PIN 10 of CN1B)
(note these may be different on other models - check the MR-J2S manual in section 3.1)

    - AL-E9 is that the mains power is not connected to L1, L2, L3 ( just L1, L2 in single phase connection) as well as L11 and L21.

In my case I am using single phase power so I connected the 240VAC single phase to L1 and L2 (and then Linked L1 to L11, and L2 to L21)
    This eliminated the AL-E9 Fault.

    Hope this helps,

    Cheers Rusty

Re: Mitsubishi MR-J2s-A Help needed - alarm prob

    hi
    I have this problem, too.
But i think i know something.
    I have a MR-J2S-40A amplifier. And my socket has 6 pin. P - C - D - L11 - L21 - N.
My jack is 5 pin. And i pushed wrong area. I made a short circuit...
I hope i can find the bad part of my amplifier.

Do somebody have a wiring diagram for the ampifier?
    Great help for me...

    thx
    borcz

Please remember that on the 110v single phase driver you use L1 and L3 and leave the middle power terminal empty

Yes if running on single phase leave the middle terminal empty and connect power to the two outside terminals

L1 is the far left and L2 is the far right terminal if using single phase

When hooking up single phase if you see an E9 error it’s because L1 is the far left terminal and L2 is the far right. Leave the middle terminal empty!!

Re: Mitsubishi MR-J2s-A Help needed - alarm prob

MR-J2S-40A is most best sale model for mitsubishi servo motors. J2S always have the problem when they run about 4-5 years, that means the servo driver need change a new one.

    Salut
