    1.5" Dia Part turned from Steel w/ flats - Qty of 100

    I am looking for 100 of these parts (see attached) made from oil-hardened drill rod or similar grade steel. It's essentially a basic 2 axis turning job with the acception of the milled flats seen in the drawings below.





    The part is approximately 1.5" x 1.5" overall with a 3/4" shaft on one end. The 3/4" shaft is the only critical dimension and I would prefer a .0005"+/- tolerance but .001" would be acceptable. Separate quotes for each is fine. ETA is flexible but would like to award job by the 15th.
