Trying to find a way to rotate 400 lb impact head plates

    hello,

I am trying to find a way to flip/rotate 400lb x ½-2” thick metal plates (metal-impact head plate) using a 1.0 ton hoist as magnets holding parts cannot flip over to crown side. Does anyone know if there is any clamp that can be used for this procedure? My goal is to find a better way to flip plates over using a better method to the right position to prevent workers from hurting themselves, as the plates are heavy and awkward. Thanks.

Edit: Hopefully I put this in the right category. The machine in question is the Amura 3000. If not, I apologize

if you could clamp the sides, i would add bearings and a u-hoist to it......
