Does anyone have a program example of Advancing the Tailstock for the Hitachi Seiki Hi Tec-Turn 23S III with a Seikos control. My programming manual has M25, M26, M27, and M28 as codes. I am not able to get the tail stock to move manually either. Some help would be greatly appreciated.

these are the m codes i use m25 forward,m26 all the way home and m28 timer home if i where you i would check to see if power is going to the motor and if it is its probably rusted up

contactor MS-5F &MS-5R should be the ones that drive it through overload OL-5 see if there is anything happening here and check overload has not tripped
