    Hitachi seiki Hitec turn Ht 20/25

    I have a Hitachi seiki Hitec turn Ht-20/25 equipped with Fanuc 3t along with Seicos controller.
    Presently I am getting SERVO ALARM 01 (OVERLOAD)
    I had found that SEICOS controller's Battery got exhausted. I have replaced the battery with new one and got rid from seicos battery alarm, but servo alarm is still being appeared on the screen.
    Kindly help me to solve this problem.

    check the x axis servo pulsecoder and motor

    if there is black or yellow cap servo motors, then check thermo (overload) relay close to servo drive
    but most likely thermo relay is the result, the cause lays in servo motor or in mechanics
    if in servo motor you may just clean it up (the carbon dust in collector may cause this alarm)
