    Now there is another Problem!

    the main problem or fault on this machine is , its Y axis was problematic.

    when any job is placed. it works fine after 2 or 3 hours it damages from y axis.

    i thought its cooling problem as this department is very hot.

    i have placed a PVC 4" pipe from windows AC to Panel Fan.

    after that the problem come now after 8 to 10 hours.

    I have a feeling that may be in X, Y axis Card there is some kind of ADC chip has become week. can you please tell me which one this could be

    is it ADC0803. ???? or any other IC ???

    Swap the XY and ZSpin boards.

    Write down all the jumper and switch settings for both XY and ZSpin boards. Then swap the EPROMs between them and re-do the switches and jumpers. The spindle doesn't use the DAC.

    yes i have done It. noted all the Jumper Settings and Swapped both the EEPROMs and

    after changing the settings
    placed the Zspindle card to X.Y Slot. and X.Y to Zpindle SLot.

    now when I press Calibirate and Start Key the X axis move wrong Side.

    and if Press + key it goes to - minus side.

    is there something I am missing still

    I think you must have missed a jumper on the board. There is one that determines axis direction.

    I don't have the jumper numbers with me at the minute. I'll see if I can find them. For now, return the boards to their original condition.

    I have Noticed One Thing!
    that Machine is again in " Machine Configuration "

    Have Managed to change the parameters in Metric system now its ok.

    X=610.000 MM
    Y=355.000 MM
    Z=127.000 MM

    .

    Now after power up the machine, its in " Machine Configuration "

    If I press Soft Key " Exit "

    it goes to NEXT screen " INPUT "

    so, I how do I get out from This " Machine Configuration " Screen

    I have attached Both The Screens Pictures for details

    may be because of bad parameter settings X is moving Wrong side.

    Please guide me to put the values for XYZ

    I have Replaced all the things back in original position as per your Direction.

    and than Tried enter 639 enter 0 enter, enter 999 enter .

    it rebooted and now at least, the + and - keys are working fine. only thing which is left is

    X-axis is moving in wrong direction at the time of calibration.

    but in manual it is working fine.

    Power the control off and on again. Press enter 100 enter.
    in the start page, set the calibrate direction for X to the opposite of what it is now.
    Press exit.
    Press enter 999 enter.
    Press the bottom softkey when it boots.
