    Magic codes? What are these?
Do you mean making the machine software run on a PC?

The codes you have used are the only ones that apply to your machine. There are more for machines with toolchangers and leadscrew maps but they are bedmills.
It's not possible to run the machine software on a PC. There was a version of it available many years ago but it needed a dongle.

Check the white plastic ribbon cable from the buttons to the front board in the console. It may have a bad track.

Next, check the air pressure switch round the back. Then check the overloads on the contactors.

I took a Risk by removing the 24vdc wire and placing a temporary 24vdc 40Amp switching Power supply and than tryed it powering up it worked.

Now I will try to repair the 24vdc power Supply

Thanks for the Motivation of CNC Zone,

and Bloke, Coz you are the real Instructor for me in this Forum

    Thanks Bloke

    Now My Problem is That
May Y-Axix is Probleming, It shows Error on " Error Detected on Y "
I have changed the Y connector to X , Than the Error Shifted on X

I concluded that MAy be the Fault is in Motor Or Encoder

I Opened the Motor, And When I checked the Carbon Brushes were finished.

Now I am trying To Replace it Carbon Brushes.

Hope it will Resolve My Error

Any Suggestion Would be Highly Appriciated

    Thanks And Regards
