    Exclamation MultiCam router machine

    i lost xmi files in my multicam router machine
    can anyone help me and send this file package to me please ..
    if anyone need details about the machine , just ask .

    There should be a backup on the installation cd or the installation folder the technician should have installed on the PC used for the machine.

    Its should be under /Machine Tools Suite 4/Connections/

    XMI files are specific to your machine, if you dont have a back up you will need to get one from Multicam Support.

    You can, It should solve the problem. You will still have to load the XMI file manually though.

    I would try to see if you can reload the XMI first if that doesnt work then try reinstalling.

    Did you find the backup XMI file? Do you not have Tech support available for your machine? They should be able to log into your computer remotely and fix your problem.

    I can try to help but I need more details on your machine, Model, Age, Optional equipment, etc.

    machine : multicam router 1000 series
    Age : about 3 years
    Model : 1-103
    and finally , the machine has a stander equipments .

    I have done all I can to help you. You didnt answer my questions about the backup files or support. All you need to do is restore the file from the backup.

    Talk to your tech support. There is not much I can do here.

    Hello, I have a multicam, stopped working, reinstalled suite 4 and after loading the machine .xmi file, shows the following message on controller (1). Would you help me? Is the procedure just loading the .xmi file or should I do another procedure?

    But it never finishes loading.
