Hi,
The machine was stopped at the end of program by changing pallet No.:2 with No.:1 (To put Back Pallet No.:2) and there was no alarm.
The machine does not unclamp the table and also there is no error but if I want to unload pallet No.:2 manually, the error alarm "323 pallet changer mis. operation" appears.
All the axis are in 2nd reference position, all the proximity switches are OK, there is no mechanical problem.
May be 1 signal is not avaiable but which one??? or PLC does not communicate properly???
Incase if there is any recommendation or help, please let me know.

This is nearly impossible to tell from the info you have given. Check for pallet operations and see at which stage exactly you get your clamp, there are usually arms motions (extend, retract, go down, go up) associated with pallet transfers. Cheers.
