Fanuc O-M on Komo VR-508 Display Corruption

We use a Komo VR-508 router with a Fanuc O-M control panel. Upon turning it on the other day instead of the standard start up sequence on the screen we only see corrupt characters. There is no error message to speak of, just a series of 1's and maybe G's.

Please see the attached picture of the problem.

If anyone can offer help I would much appreciate it.

It appears to me you may have the memory corrupted, if you have all the parameters incl 900 options and timer values and any macros backed up or on file, you could try resetting the memory.
This is by pushing Reset and Delete and then power up while holding these buttons on.
All the above files need reloading afterwards.

The bottom code looks like distorted binary. Which would indicate an NMIC error. Which basically means, there is a comms error between a drive and motor but could be any. If you think it might be, send me the lower row of digits, i have a decoder.

If it is not binary then it could be FROM,SRAM, Mother Board, a whole host of things. Really you should Fanuc in.

In any event it is important to have a back up of these, without them the machine is just a hunk of steel!!.
