    Help heidenhain collision

    Had a problem changing tools, called up a tool with a tool already in the arm and acted as if there was not one there and drove straight into the tool magazine, now I have an alarm and can not get past this. This is a heidenhain TNC 430 and the error message reads "34 tool change. See 3.14.6" I have no idea what to do, can anyone help me?

    Get your manual out and read section 3.14.16

    I've already looked through the manual there's not much to go on there just says to press the help key which isn't working and there's no alarm/error list in the manual, nOt much to go off of there but thanks.
