    Forgot to mention

By the way, a Magnetek gpd503 is a spindle driver for a VF3 and as with all haas spares cost a arm and a leg. Does anyone know of anywhere in the U.K where I can get one.

    Paxo,

That could be tough. I'm across the pond, I'm not sure how it works over there, but here it can get difficult to find certain parts..

    Don't give up!

'Rekd teh not much help but an encouraging word..

    All's well that end's well

Just to let you all know that I managed to find some one to sort my spindle driver out, Turns out that Haas don't fit the Magnatek driver anymore and if you want one in the U.K suplied by haas it will cost you £3,000 but... if you get one shipped from the states it only costs $1900. Better still, if you get in touch with yaskawa.co.uk they will recon' your old one for £600. Just show's that with a puter, google and a part number ( turns out the correct part no is gpd515ca033 ) you can save yourself a mint. Also managed to get the phone number of an Haas engineer ( I use the word engineer loosely from past experiance ) to fit it for a small fee......yipee

    Paxo,
I'm happy for you as machine repairs can sometimes put a huge burden on the cash flow.

Rekd, thanx for the moral support!!!
