    Exclamation Problem with Spindle.

    Hi friends,

    im arul from india.
im a regular reader of this site/

im having a problem with our CNC Wood working machine, which we got directly from CHina, 1.5yrs ago. its a 2 spindle machine, but single cantry.

Both spindles can do same work at the same time, makes it like a COPY machine.

the problem is, with both spindles now.

    1. One spindle doesnt move left / right ( x axis ), it gets like STUCK, then i see a RED LED on the X Controller inside the COntrol Box. But it can b moved Manually. Z Works Fine.

    2. Another spindle, no similar problem,. but when i do a job for 10 mm depth with a 6mm Endmill, it goes ok for some place, but DRILLS into the wood, making the collet get stuck into the wood. after i maually cancel the job and move it Z+, it sometimes moves Z-,

Can u please suggest any idea's to sort out this problem ?

    thank you guys.

There is no reply from the China People. hope to get reply soon.

Hello, I think it is a long time for your spindle, maybe you can have a inquiry to the factory, or purchase a new one to update.

About your problem of cnc router, I think you can have a check of the software first
