    Chris,

Any idea of the time frame on the day?

In any case I would like to pop around.

I'll be there (sent you a PM) and looking forward to it. Just one small thing, Saturday is the 11th even though either day is good for me.
    Regards
    Phil

I was able to attend the meet at Chris's place - it was really nice to see a couple of really cool machines. I am still in the early stages of modifying a chinese mill. The electronics are all ready to go, just add water... (on second thoughts ) maybe no water's better
Thanks Chris for hosting the meet !

There would be a lot of people keen on attending meetings, just seems that no-one wants to organise.

A well set-up workshop or business would be great; I can't offer anything yet as I am still just getting set-up.

I wasn't able to attend the meeting earlier this year but would be keen on meeting again. We've been pushing the limit of Aspire and would be great to trade ideas and get the talks/lectures going again.

    Cheers

    Ash

    G'day Fellas,
Some of these posts seem pretty old.
I'm in Brookfield and have 7 cnc routers in the shed.
    I think I have a problem.
Anyway I'm searching through forums looking for like minded people in the brisbane area.

Yes I do have a problem.
I,ve only got one of them half going, running NCStudio which isn't that good.
I'm looking for help with Mach3, Mach3 with Galil CS18420 motion control card & Adlink PCI-7296 I/O card, or Camsoft with the 2 cards mentioned.
    Any assistance greatly appreciated!!
I think I could keep 2 of them busy so I'm open to offers with the others.

Just sent you an email, I recently converted a NCstudio machine to Mach3 which went well. Am on Northside brissy but don't mind driving to perv on other sheds. Cheers... Ash
