Hello ISO Mazak professionals
I have another problem:
As the user of CAM systems know, an extensive program on the Mazak need to the processed by the hard disk.

I used to it as following: Matrix main program was there my complete turning programming
.Call subprogram: In it is the following:

G109 L1
G65P500 (500) <-- program number
M99

Jumping back to the main program.

That however only works with the upper revolver

How do I handle the task when the lower revolver is involved?

What does it mean: Roughing with the lower revolvers rest upper revolver?

With my example only the upper revolver works

The processing of the lower revolver is ignored-but why?

2 systems are for me absolutely new with the Mazak ISO programming.

I don’t know your ‘situation’ at work or the reason why you program in ISO
But i would strongly suggest you to write a list: what to I absolutely need to know and what i just interesting to know.

I have at mine the sole reign and wanted more than was / is necessary.
This area is so wide that it’s easy to dissipate your energies.

In some ways I also have the sole reign but there are a few over me in the hierarchy =)
The reason is Esprit and milling. For turning I don’t need ISO but for large milling processes.
