We have an electrical shop near Toronto. Currently, We are using sheet metal fabrication services of Bayview Metals in Ajax to get metal components like cabinets, chassis, panels, faceplates etc. Now we are thinking of starting a metal fabrication unit of our own. We have an idea to implement CNC machine to get more accuracy and perfection. What are the guidelines we must follow to implement CNC machine for such purposes?

What kind of fabrication would you do? What type of machining would your CNC apply? How thick would metal sheets be?
