    Doosan mill/turn with Fanuc 31i ?

Is there a G-code to change X values from diameter to radius?

Not as I know of, but it can easy fix if you have NcEdit/Cimco. And if you want sometime that free then you can do it with Wordpad or Microsoft Word.
The best way to learn is trial error.

On mazaks I can use G122.1 to change from diameter mode to radius when milling. I would have thought the 31i control could do it.

    Parameter 1006.3 (DIAx).

    See attached.

FYI I have seen this changed before and it can be very confusing and mistakes made by operators.

    Thanks Stevo

This parameter looks like it will change to radius for both turning and milling. I do not think the guys running the machine will go for this.

My guess is that if they are already use to having this set to diameter then they will probably not like switching. As I already stated this can cause problems.
