Rotary axis - NcStudio - Aspire

Hi, I'm just after a bit of advice, just got my first machine, a chinese 1325 type machine with a rotary axis, as expected from the posts I read on here, no manuals, I've drawn some bits in aspire and wraped the tool paths, but when I put the paths into NCstudio, and flick the switch to turn off the normal x axis, and the rotary on, it works but the distance of the rotations don't work out correct to what aspire thinks it should, so the part I routing rotates numerous times instead of once, do I need to change something in NCstudio for rotary maching?
