    Vector drive wiring

I just picked up a Teco 7300CV for doing a belt drive conversion for my new ZX45. I'm a little confused on the wiring and I hope someone can help me out.

The input side has three lugs that the manual has marked L1(L), L2, and L3(N). The manual says to use L and N for single phase, but this makes me nervous because L/N are single phase 120V 1ph terms and I'm using 240V 1ph, i.e. two Ls with no N.

Now, I think that obviously one L goes to L1, I just don't know whether to hook the second L to L2 or N on the drive. I really, really don't want to fry a $250 drive with a bad choice.

Some photos of the drive inputs and the manual ...

Run the hots to L1 and L3 and then the ground wire to the ground lug.

The reason it is marked L & N as in many countries the 1 phase 240 has one side as a grounded neutral.
