I have a Matsuura 510 with a j300 controller.
It was transported and the power has been connected but when the machine was powered on I get the 3 alarm codes.

3002 Emergency Stop
3000 Servo Off
2190 Machine Not ready

Air and oil are in the machine, and the emergency stop has been depressed both on the back of the tool changer and on the front. Have pressed on button on the control 2x

I have hit reset number of times, no luck.

I am not familiar with this controller.

Is there some kind of physical switch or parameter that needs to be turned switched? I do not know the steps that were taken or need to be taken before transportation and after.

Check +24 VDC power. If the voltage is
below +20 V, it indicates possible trouble.
Solution
Reset the emergency stop
button. Release it from
machine end LS according
to instruction manual
prepared by machine tool
manufacturer.
Replace FC230B or FC260,
Contact your YASKAWA
representative.
Replace CPS-12N or
CPS-16F (power supply
unit).

representative.

I forget the exact issue, but I believe it was the fact that the machine had hit a hard limit switch, you have hold the OT button and jog back to center or away from machine home, then all is fine. I also forgot that on this machine I did not know that after powering it on, to turn on the servo's you have to hold the power button on for few sec, after that you hear a click and it powers on. Otherwise you have worse issues.

I have a Matsuura MC-510V with a problem in the spindle, the inverter has got tha 01 alarm when I try to turn on the spindle, we have checked the IGBT and it´s looks fine, what more can I do?.

I had the same issue with the same machine. what cleared the alarm was populating the tool list, for example, I had a 30 tool conveyor tool changer and after I placed an 8888 place holder for up to 30 tools, the alarms cleared and I was able to finally home the machine.
