On our machine we are able to create a "worklist" of different programs. When one program is finished, clean off table and load the next sheet for the next program.

A more important aspect of this for me would be having a vac table routine between sheets.
After you unload the parts from the table there is always some dust left behind. Having a routine to start the dust collection and "sweep" the table clean is nice to have.

You may find that you need to change a broken or dull tool after sheet 3. Then you will have to figure out how to pick up where you left off.

I feel like you will be making more problems than you think you are fixing, but I hope you figure it out.

Does your machine have a tool changer? If not the answer is very simple. It is really about how you name the files and toolpaths. I use Aspire which has cut 2D in it. I cut multiple sheets of parts all the time using Vetrics true shape nesting feature. I do not have a toolchanger so that would change the process some I would think.
