BMC 30M Ultimax 3 Tool Changer Issue

Just got my '98 Hurco off the truck, tool changer isn't homed. Boots up and servos come on, but I don't remember how to get to Machine Diagnostics Screen to retract the tool changer. Anyone ?

The machine diagnostics screen shows the state of the spindle and tool changer. You should look for the parameter that says something like tool changer right or left. Use your directional pad to highlight the direction you need to go. Then press start. I can't remember if you need to be in auto or Manuel. One or the other should work. Good luck.

Put the machine on Manuel mode. One of the soft keys toward the bottom(can't remember which one) will say tool changer and diagnostics or something like that. When you press that key it will take you to the screen you need.

Actually it was the button at the top, Tool in Spindle, and it got me to the page you described.... Thanks -Geo
