Question Mazatrol T32-6 PLG C-Axis Sensor

    Hi,
Few days ago my C-Axis on my Multiplex 620 on Head 2 could not find reference position and was running without stoping.
I replaced PLG sensor and pre-amp with another one the result is that the spindle stop after referencing on c-axis but every time it is changing the position after referencing on C-Axis and on display it shows 0 but it is different han the last referencing.
Is there any recommendation or thought??? in case if some one knows this problem, Please advise me by that, I appreciate any information regarding this.
    Many Thanks.

Sounds like an adjustment is needed on the pre-amp.

What kind of PLG is it? Do you have two gears with two sensors and a preamp board? Most T32's used this combination for C-axis and they are tricky to set up. You will need an ocsilliscope to adjust this type of PLG.

    THERE ARE 2 GEARS, 2 SENSORS & A PRE-AMP.
I KNEW THAT I MIGHT NEED SCOPE BUT I WAS WISHING THAT IF THERE IS ANOTHER AWAY TO ADJUST IT.
    ANY WAY THANK YOU ALL.
