    For 31 servo malfunction please see the main Switch gear for servo is on or not because Since the electromagnetic switch OFF, command for the motor and servo system
    has been issued by activation of the emergency stop or door interlock function
    under CE machine specifications, the electromagnetic switches did not turn off
    within the required time. Also check the Drive Status healthy or Not.

    12 absolute postion warning= for this see the Encoder/Pulse coder , Feed back cable and drive

    It would help if you could get the alarm number that is flashing on the drives. This will help to narrow down the exact alarm that is causing the problem.

    NOT SURE IF THIS IS WHAT YOU WANT

    YZ= F3 9F F2
    ATC = AL 01 N1 01 ( I BELIVE IT IS A "N" IT LOOKS LIKE UPSIDE DOWN U)
    MAG= AL 01 N1 01

    The battery for the servo system that backs up the absolute position is getting low. 9f is a warning for that. Look for a unit called MDS-A-BT#. It will need to be replaced.

    The alarms you see on the ATC and MAG drives are normal. Until they receive a command to move they will display this alarm.

    Yes you will have to reset the home position. If I remember correctly it should be as easy as putting the machine in zero return mode and sending it home. Because all Mazak's have dog switches it should be pretty automatic (compared to other machines).
