    Fanuc series Oi-TC 1032 &1002 ALARM

    Hello
    Our machine is giving the following alarm:-
    1038 No main power
    1002 E Stop console button.
    Please help.

    You do not say what machine is but this sounds like machine alarms, not Fanuc.

    Thanks
    By shorting XPS-AT at pin 11 & 12, 21 & 22 I find out that +X over traveled and the motor coupler is broken. I Think if I fix this AND Calibrate the Machine everything will be OK. It is like the machine safety is linked to PLC.
