Hi guy,
In our workshop we recently purchase a lathe. Baruffaldi turret 12 positions, with bolt on disk.
Unfortunately we only discovered later that the disk of the turret is made ​​in Taiwan and then the boring bar holders are not compatible with Any standardized (in Italy the standard is "ALGRA" made bolt on turret disc).
The assembly tool is too slow, tool holders can buy them from Taiwan, but are expensive and of poor quality, we have tried to mount solutions capto, but it costs too much.
We are thinking of changing the disk of the turret with a hybrid vdi40 + bolton.
Any suggestions?
Have you any idea how much it would cost a record like that?
