having servo alarm on mazak milling center, alarm is 31 servo malfunction 1, followed by these numbers &00000032, &0002. alarm in electronic panel shows, (MAG) is AL-01-N1-01. (ATC) is AL-01-N1-01. alarm cannot be cleared, and machine will not move from current location. MAZAK IS A VTC-200B, FUSION CONTROLS. HELLLLLP!!!

What does the Mazak manual say for this alarm? What happens when you power down and the restart the system? What happened just prior to the alarm?

nothing in manuals about this alarm. machine goes right back to the same alarm code, not able to clear alarm from panel, also not able to get any movement in X,Y OR Z. machine just finished machining a hole, came up to move to next hole location and 31 Servo malfuncton 1 alarm came up. here's some other info on this alarm.

I see it is a while since there have been any replies to this. I had a problem similar to this on a Mazak Variaxis. To cure the problem I restarted the machine and held the contactor in for the hydraulic pump till the machine was up and running. It would seem that if the pressure sensor does not activate quick enough, it can cause this error.
