    Web-based tool management

    Hey folks!

We are a small devlopment team, specialized in webapplications from Dresden/Germany and we would like to present you one of our current projects.

Werkzeug- und Lagerverwaltung - Webservice | toolorb.it - the web-based tool management and inventory control.

Tool costs, deficits in production and the appropriate overview continue to be a serious topic in every company.

With toolorb.it (Werkzeug- und Lagerverwaltung - Webservice | toolorb.it), smaller and medium-sized companies get a tool with which you can easily administrate tool management and inventory control.

At the EMO (an internationally renowned Industry- and Metalworking fair in Hannover, Germany), we received requests for a tool cabinet interface, which has been put on our wish list for the time being, as it is not integrated in the draft.

The project was designed as a web application and was developed accordingly.
The benefits of a web application compared to OS-based systems are obvious:
    - works independently of any operating systems
    - no updates necessary, since they are integrated directly
    - no licensing costs, either per server or per workplace
    - quick and cost-efficient feasibility and extensions
    - on-site maintenance not necessary
    - minimal maintenance cost
    - minimal or rather no purchase costs
    - availability from (almost) every network-compatible PC, Tablets, Smartphones, Netbooks etc.

Software packages for in-house hosting (Intranet) are also planned.

We are constantly adding new features, since we are permanently working on our platform

We are looking forward to feedback, opinions, criticism and suggestions.
We are also looking for cooperations and partnerships.

    Greetings from Dresden.

    Thanks for your interest!
We have plans to make the site available in different languages, although this is scheduled for later stages of development. We're able to customize the application somewhat by demand for in-house hosting and branding. If you're interested nevertheless, feel free to contact me via mail ( mail(at)toolorb(dot)it )!
