It’s been about six years since I have done any serious hardcore CNC programming and I was wondering if any body had any good CNC internet sites that could help me get back up to speed on how to do it.

Here's a good book (~$50.00) and a free program to use with it.

Depending on what you mean by "hardcore Programming" I assume you want to go beyond G0,G1,G2 and G3 codes. Download a Fadal users manual from the Fadal site. Read it like a text book. There are many program examples of all the codes that go beyond the four general G codes. After that you can go to the other users manuals from other control companies. While you are reading the Fadal manual, you can call their applications department if you have any questions.
