    Hi everybody

    I have the following problem:

I would like to mill 2 surfaces that are shifted by 90 ° onto a wave with a diameter of 19.3 mm.
From the front side, a part should remain with 4 mm from the wave. The machine is a Mori Seiki DL-151 with Fanuc MSC 501 controls without Y-axis.

Now, I want to mill the surface with a cutter, diameter of 16 mm. The mount on the turret is a driven tool for face processing. I already tried it with several programs, with the G-G12.1 and G3 commands. But unfortunately, the surface is not straight, but it is spheric. I need the program so that the surface is being milled in a straight way.

Somehow, the interaction between the X-axis and the C-axis is not correct.
Can someone help me out or explain where the error could be?

    Thanks for your help

    greetings
    Murgtal

G12.1 is already correct. We often had the problem that surfaces were spheric and circular pockets were not round.

But in our case the machine was the problem

Post your program in here, then we can tell you whether it's the program or
    that causes the error.
