    home built vibratory polisher

Hey guys i got pricing from a respectable surface finishing company for a machine with a 750mm diameter bowl, they quoted me R420,000.00 (ZAR). All i want to do is to debur and polish my fishing reel So....... i decided to give them the finger and set out to build my own unit. i made a short little video that i posted to you-tube on the final vibratory movement. I recon the movement that i have achieved is exactly like the ones from the specialists. what do you guys think ?? if i can help you guys with any thing on this nature please don't hesitate to ask

thanks, i used a 3phase 220v 0.55kw motor, then i used a single phase to 3 Phase VSD just so that i could run my motor off a standard wall plug. i did this configuration as a 3 phase motor is cheaper and i dont need to have a 3 phase supply , making it easy to take home and do polishing there.

Hello. Great machine! I have some questions about the way you built it. I would like to build my own and was wondering if you wouldn't mind sending me an email so I could reply back with my questions? Thanks! [email protected]
