Upgraded to latest version, y axis strange behavior

I upgraded to the latest version today and now my y axis is not running normal it kind of sputters and does not move at the normal speed. All settings are the same as the old version and X A Z axis are working normally.

When it installed it did the parallel driver, could that cause this or do you think this is a driver board issue?

I checked and the stepper is fine, the board is a TB6560.

Any ideas how to un install the parallel driver that was included with the software?

The old version of Mach does not communicate with the driver board anymore...

I believe the manual tells you how to uninstall the driver. Then just re-install the older version.
