How do you get nice smooth curves (almost like bezier curves in photoshop) in Bobcad?

In the work I do (musical instruments) it's often that I need nice flowing curves (like you'd see in bezier curves in photoshop where you have handles you can drag to bend a curve as desired). Curious how to get these nice smooth compound curves in bobcad?

you can get similar results with splines and 2 anchor points
then use the deform tool to drag around
