Hello
Can I open files in X2 that were previously saved in X5?
Or how do I have to save files in X5 in order to open them with X2.
I want to keep Solid and “machining tree”.

Hi
File, save under
Set File type to "Mastercam pre-X5"- define the output version under options.
However only the geometry will be transmitted!

Hi
No! The problem is that new technologies and new parameter cannot be transferred to older versions as they don’t exists yet on these older versions.
But there is another solution: update the X2 onto X5.
