cant frigure out why 1 tool moves

I have a 2v55 with a fanuc 16i-t controller. one tool moves after 25 hits(cycles) between 7-9 thousands. I thought it was the ezcomp but after fully disconnecting it it still happens. this is the only tool that does it. it is tool number 4 if that helps point anyone to a solution for me. we have no parameters list or backups anywhere so i can not reload them.
I just started here and it is intresting to find the way stuff wasnt done. any help would be appreciated.
    thanks,
    Bob

Do you have a picture of this machine with a Doosan label on it? I've never seen one.
