I have had this Matsuura 710v for about two years. Every so often before It would take forever to get the z axis to zero on a zero return. No matter if it was using the jog or rapid button or a G28 code. It will just go past where it is supposed to be and then alarm. It takes about 20 times of turning the machine off and on before it will work. It also sometimes will not turn the control on in the morning. When it is colder weather it takes about 20 times of turning the main switch on and off and then the main on off on the control to get the control to turn on. Does anyone know what these two problems could be related to?
