It looks to be a defective ROM on the BASE1 board, but it can be a board failure as well. There were two software versions for the 15TF control; your best solution is to find another machine with a 15TF control and have the EPROMS copied. The BASE1 board can be purchased on Ebay, but the software EPROMS most likely are not the ones you need.

I agree with memoryman, probably your A16B-2200-013x board is faulty.
EPROMs are probably ok

your alarm has 4040 in it. on the base 1 board there are EPROMs with label 4040. those EPROMs are the PMC master control program.
possibly those EPROMs are bad, or your base 1 board is bad.

I got new PMC board A16B-2200-0130 and replaced.
After replaced the board,we not found ROM & BUS parity alarm.But a few seconds later I got Ram parity error
The machine starts, the start screen appears. But a few seconds later I got Ram parity error.

Hello everyone
I have a takisava tm-20 lathe machine with fanuk f15tf controller
Machine memory cleared because of battery go down and I had an error "ram parity (base 0)"
I clear all memories with pressing 7 , 9 keys while power on the machine and access IPL menu.
And access main page by pressing BS key while power on .
Now I have two errors couse of all parameters deleted from machine.
Sv026 illegal axis arrange
Sv027 ill dgtl servo parametter
I dont have any backup or document to set the parameters.
Please someone help me for reactive ma machine.
Actually I need the parameters and method of entering this parameters to machine.
