    Using the Machine Simulator

    Hi People

Wondering if anyone uses the Machine Simulator in CAMWorks and there thoughts on it.

Now to the question on the Machine Simulator, and it is, does anyone have or know of a tutorial/walkthought of how to create a new machine for this software as i'd like to "See it run on my machine" before i run it.

Any help would be great thanks

    Will

I do use the simulator for our 5 axis machines. It does show the simulation for the machine but not all of the movements, for 5 axis. Nor does it show stock removal.
It does show the simulation for each tool path and the crashes. It is very helpful for tight areas, im sure very helpful for 3 axis.

Let me know if I can help you any other way.
